About the event

This is the major 16mm scale narrow gauge railway modelling event of the year and the largest of its type held in the UK. Everything in one hall on the same level, and around 50% more space than before. Most of the major 16mm scale suppliers will have a stand, about 62 in total. At the Help and Advice point you can try some locos and rolling stock before deciding what to buy. There will be several displays and 10 scenic layouts operating indoors with plenty of live steam and battery powered locomotives running throughout the day. Coal fired Garratts on one layout. 16 superb prizes to be won in the Grand Draw, including live steam and battery powered locomotives: instant motive power for your railway! Prototype display by the Moseley Railway Trust. Dedicated restaurant facility adjacent to the hall, with snacks and drinks also available inside the hall.
