Since opening in 1984, Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons in Oxfordshire has achieved the highest awards and accolades of any restaurant and country house hotel in Britain. Set in 11ha (27 acreas) of gardens which, Raymond Blanc believes, 'are very much part of the Le Manoir experience and are as important as the cuisine', Le Manoir features a Japanese water garden and a 17th century pond, as well as an 2 acre organic vegetable and herb garden. Guests are given a guided tour of the gardens of Le Manoir with one of the senior gardeners, followed by a three course menu du jour lunch in the renowned restaurant, coffee and petit fours. Garden tours at 11am or 11.45am. Ideal for all to enjoy. Available Mondays and Tuesdays in March, April (excluding Easter), October and November, excluding 15th & 16th March and 18th & 19th October, when other RHS events are being held at Le Manoir, and Easter Monday in April.
