In the fast pace of our work and personal lives our attention is easily scattered and our mind cluttered with endless distractions. Training in mindfulness gives us the power to overcome disturbing thoughts and to stay focused on what brings peace of mind. Kadam John McBretney will teach practical meditations for keeping a peaceful mind throughout the day and guarding our mind from negativity. These meditations will improve our concentration, increase our capacity to cope with busy life, be of more benefit to others and enjoy a powerfully peaceful mind.
Anyone can attend this meditation event; it will consist of teachings, meditation and discussion with breaks in between sessions. It is suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience. Everyone is welcome.
