AEV announces its AGM+ 2013
Registration has opened for this year's Association of Event Venues AGM+, to be held at the Harrogate International Centre's Queen's Suite, September 11th 2013.
The Association of Event Venues (AEV) serves an established event venue community, and focuses on creating and driving platforms that service fundamental industry needs.
The 2012 AGM+ proved that the annual meeting could do much more than simply fulfil its legal obligations, and by strongly encouraging attendance, AEV turned the event into a successful peer to peer networking opportunity, and a chance to strengthen the sense of community amongst venues. This year attendees will also be encouraged to attend a networking dinner the evening before the AGM+.
Chris Skeith, AEV director said, "AEV is a community that enjoys getting together via its various working groups with the aim of sharing and setting best practice all year round. The AGM+ is simply an extension and a celebration of all the groups hard work and commitment and a platform for each group to demonstrate to those who attend, the various achievements that have been made in the year running up to the AGM+.”
