Automotive brake specialist Brembo was awarded Best Overseas Stand at Autosport 2011. Designed and built by the custom stand design & build division of Melville Exhibition & Event Services – Melville Teamwork, the 81sqm stand was created to deliver a clean crisp brand image, differentiating the company and its products from other stands by highlighting individual products in the same way as a jewellery stand.
“There are numerous stands in the show that had products on racks and that resembled a retail environment rather than an exhibition stand. Brembo were aiming to present a clearly different proposition to the visitors. We decided to promote the quality of the individual products through the use of high quality custom built showcases, bold graphics and specialist bright white lighting, which gave a showroom feel to the exhibits.” explains Philip Baker, Creative Director of Melville Teamwork.
The products ranged from all kind of brake components to clothing, helmets and harnesses and were presented on a stand that made maximum use of height to raise the Brembo brand above the surrounding exhibitors.
