Building industry to host groundbreaking free-to-access conference

<p>Construction professionals from around the world have been invited to participate in a groundbreaking free-to-access virtual conference next month as the industry attempts to tackle issues such as sustainable buildings and reducing carbon footprints. </p><p>Labelled Sustainability Now, the two-day event is being organised by the World Green Building Council on the back of a similar event which took place in London just last month and was deemed a complete success. </p><p>To date, some 1,800 property and construction professionals from across the globe have signed up, with delegates to be given the opportunity to attend online seminars, watch live television shows on a variety of topics and download and feedback on in-depth reports on a host of pertinent subjects. </p><p>Phil Clark, editorial director sustainability at CMP Information and a Sustainability Now organiser, explained: "This show offers a whole new experience for our audience.
