DB's ecoXpress to be demonstrated on Confex exhibition stand
DB Systems' new touchscreen system will be on display at International Confex for visitors to try for themselves, the company has announced.
The firm will have an exhibition stand at the show, where a demonstration ecoXpress unit will be set up to allow event organisers to sample the technology.
DB's system allows people visiting an exhibition stand to browse corporate literature on touch screens.
They can then choose the information that is most relevant and email it to themselves, meaning they do not have to carry around so much printed material.
"International Confex is the UK's premier event for event organisers, which makes it a great setting to show off ecoXpress," said Oliver Richardson, DB Systems' sales director.
The technology has been designed to help companies save money and reduce their environmental footprint.
DB Systems first announced the launch of ecoXpress in January with the hope that it would be used by event organisers at this month's Mobile World Congress, for which the company is the official audio-visual supplier.
