Eligo announce new brand and website

Events industry suppliers Eligo recruitment have announced the launch of their new rebrand and website.

Their rebrand aims to reflect their longstanding core values and success over the last seven years as well as their commitment to delivering responsive and accessible recruitment solutions in a dynamic and ever changing industry, according to the company’s team leader Vicky Sear.

“At Eligo we pride ourselves on being specialists, focusing on quality over quantity, and understanding the needs of the client and candidate,” she said. “We strive to build long-term client and candidate relationships, based on honesty and trust, believing that a placement is not just a deal, but the beginning of a partnership.”

This personal approach is seen in Eligo’s new brand by the introduction of images reflecting confident, empowered people.

“These characters aim to represent our ability to forge great long-term relationships and a true passion for people,” said Sear. “We will stay true to our core values, but the events and recruitment industries are evolving and we are moving with them. Not all changes are always positive and developments in recruitment technology, online marketing and advertisement has lead in some instances to less personal, mass recruitment methods.”

Eligo wanted a bold new brand to reflect their strong resistance to this high volume, faceless recruitment, which Sears feels is not appropriate for the events industry. Eligo have harnessed some new technologies in order to assist them in providing an effective, responsive, accessible and user-friendly service, but Sears is keen to stress that the company has done this without compromising its value of quality.

“We hope our bold and vibrant branding now mirrors their energy and passion for redefining recruitment in events, as well as the dynamic force of the industry itself,” she said.
