ESSA to showcase 'Use an ESSA member' at the Event Production Show and Confex 2014

The Event Supplier and Services Association (ESSA), which represents contractors and suppliers of goods and services to the exhibition industry, is to promote its "Use an ESSA member" campaign on their exhibition stands at both the Event Production Show (EPS) , Earls Court 2, London, February 11-12, and International Confex, Olympia, London, March 12-13.

The Event Supplier and Services Association (ESSA), which represents contractors and suppliers of goods and services to the exhibition industry, is to promote its "Use an ESSA member" campaign on their exhibition stands at both the Event Production Show (EPS) , Earls Court 2, London, February 11-12, and International Confex, Olympia, London, March 12-13.

This announcement follows on from the recent news that ESSA secured a major success for the “Use an ESSA member” campaign, when the G5 (Clarion Events, dmg :: events, Mayridge Group Ltd, Reed Exhibitions, UBM Plc) made the decision to promote the "Use an ESSA member" message and use the ESSA logo on all their UK exhibitor manuals.

At previous exhibitions ESSA has marketed their membership services to prospective members, but this year ESSA is dedicating its presence at EPS and Confex to its "Use an ESSA member" campaign, showing the benefits that come from choosing ESSA members for event supplies and services.

ESSA's deputy director, Andrew Harrison, explained their decision to focus on its "Use an ESSA member" campaign: "ESSA is adding further momentum to the campaign with these exhibition presences, promoting ESSA membership as a mark of quality assurance, standards compliance and best practice.

"Both EPS and Confex have a superb record in bringing together the most influential and notable decision makers in the industry and our message to them has never been clearer. We know from our own published research just how effective live marketing is, and both these exhibitions represent golden opportunities for us to communicate the clear benefits and advantages of choosing an ESSA member to our target audience."
