Excel has unveiled its Circle of Excellence. Consisting of a forum of key industry buyers, the circle’s brief will be to debate current and future trends and set best practice for the meetings and events industry.
The group is scheduled to meet four times a year and will take place in the setting of a ‘round table’ discussion. The initiative will also give Excel the chance to engage with buyers, suppliers, PCOs and industry commentators.
“This free and open forum is another sign of Excel interacting with its buyers to challenge industry perceptions and approach issues,” says Vanessa Cotton, managing director of conferences and events.“Our buyers are the key to our success. We believe that they are the best people to advise us on current industry trends and opinion. We encourage client feedback in order to help us move our business forward.”
