Exhibition News Awards unveils first finalists
The first finalists in the Exhibition News Awards 2014 were announced on 26th February at 3pm via a special email alert, with the next three category finalists announced yesterday (27th February) at 3pm.
Shortlisted entries from the Best Organiser Salesperson, Best Venue Salesperson, Best Employer, Best Supplier to Exhibitiors, Best Event Director and Best Venue were revealed. The shortlisted companies soon took to social media to express their delight at the nominations.
Olympia London has been shortlisted for Best Venue, along with The NEC and Business Design Centre, and tweeted: “Delighted to announce we've been shortlisted for Best Venue at the Exhibition News Awards! Fingers crossed!”
Among the Best Supplier to Exhibitors nominations were Access Displays, Nimlok and audio visual and IT hire supplier, DB Systems, who tweeted: “Delighted with yesterday's Exhibition News announcement and we're loving the delay on the reveal! Roll on 3pm. Congrats to all nominees.”
The next three of the 23 category finalists will be unveiled at 3pm today via a special email alert. Click here to see the list so far.
Judging will take place at International Confex on 12th and 13th March, with three panels of industry experts debating and selecting the winners.
The remaining finalists will be announced over the next few days, at 3pm using the hastag #3at3.
