International Confex, the UK’s leading event for the meetings and events industry, has already welcomed a host of exhibitors who have signed up for the show at Olympia, London in February 2015.

Show Director Liz Agostini commented: “The exhibitor list is growing daily with representation from across the destination, hotel, venue and event services sectors to create a complete event experience.”

Henley Conferences, Bruntingthorpe Events, Warwick Conferences and Newcastle Gateshead will be some of the UK venues and destinations represented, while International exhibitors include Ellicis Hotels, Austria Congress and Zacchera Hotels, plus many more.

Technology and innovation is key to visitors and Confex will again be packed full of technology suppliers including Cvent, Lumi and Superevent, to name a few. New technology exhibitors confirmed to attend for the first time in 2015 are EventApe and Radio Links.

Liz Agostini added: “With the technology theatre packed out during the 2014 show, it is sure to be a popular theme again this year, particularly with the array of new devices and solutions available to event producers and planners.”

Confex will continue to partner with the industry’s leading associations. Tailored partnerships are designed to give each association a platform to showcase their offering and the chance to bring dynamic content to the show floor. The newly merged EVCOM is one leading industry association looking at ramping up its participation in the 2015 show.

Dale Parmenter, Group MD f the DRP Group and Chair of the association, commented: “EVCOM is looking forward to once again being a part of Confex.

“We are particularly excited to be working closely with Confex to assist in putting together the seminar content. Confex will be able to offer something to the wide and diverse EVCOM membership, whether a pure event supplier or a video production company. These days, live events require a mix of channels, with digital and video playing a major role in supporting the event world. The education and insight EVCOM will be delivering at Confex will help make our members more successful.”
