Melville Event and Exhibition Services has strengthened its customer-facing teams by promoting two key individuals into senior positions. Dan Corderoy is now commercial director with Justin Squires elevated to sales director.

Melville group commercial officer Ted Bloom said: “Through their drive and commitment, Dan and Justin have proven themselves to be great assets for Melville, and their promotions are very well-deserved. I am very much looking forward to working with them both to ensure we continue to improve and evolve the business."

Corderoy joined Melville in the summer of 2010 to lead the company's event management team in London. His success in this position led to a promotion that gives him overall responsibility for the event management teams in London and at the company’s head office in Coventry.

"I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Melville so far. Given the fantastic pool of talent we have in our event management team, the experience can only get better,” commented Corderoy.

Squires joined around the same time as Corderoy. He has over 20 years experience in exhibitions, predominantly working with exhibitors on the custom build side of the business, something he believes will provide an invaluable platform for success in his new role.

Working for so many years on the exhibitor side of the fence has given me a great insight into the importance of the service Melville provides in partnership with organisers,” said Squires. “My key aim is to use this experience to create and evolve even better solutions and improve our offering still further for all our clients.”
