A new system has been designed to enable exhibitors to see what space they have booked at events.

Due to be unveiled at the Lifestyle Show next July, the booking facility aims to make life easier for event organisers, Event reported.

The Webster Partnership is launching the online booking facility, which lets exhibitors view the floor plan of a show. They will also be able to see which stands are available and for what price and book their chosen stand directly.

"It was developed initially for the Webster Partnership’s B2B [business to business] events, but has been considerably enhanced and tailored to meet the needs of the Lifestyle Show. It is a facility which can be continually evolved, to meet customers growing expectations," MB Web Services owner Mike Booker told the publication.

Earlier this year, the Webster Partnership announced that its Bracknell and Berkshire Business Expo was returning. It will take place next year on March 2nd and is supported by the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce, FSB, Reading 107 FM, Surrey & Berkshire Media Group and Berkshire Life.
