Organised by the team behind the Chartered Institute of Housing’s (CIH) annual conference & exhibition, this will be the first large scale national trade event for the asset management community, addressingissues such as repairs and maintenance, sustainability and retrofit.
Homes 2012 is organised in partnership with The Chartered Institute of Housing. Exhibiting companies include house builders, maintenance contractors, and sustainability specialists and Ocean Media aims to attract over 3,000 attendees.
Jane Nelson Executive Director Mears Group says "We are excited at the prospect of a London event which covers building maintenance, asset management and sustainability - frankly, it's about time! We have supported Ocean Media Group at many events and have never been let down. If anyone was going to bring this event to life it would be the team behind the CIH exhibition and conference".
Paul Reader, Director at MITIE says “We are very interested in Homes 2012 and from our experience of previous Ocean Media organised conferences and exhibitions I am sure it will be a huge success in bringing together many elements of housing into a single event”.
Despite the recent economic climate, event organiser and publisher, Ocean Media has seen significant strategic growth and development. It is now seizing the opportunity to address issues within the housing sector. Sarah Payling, Event Director explains, “I have been overwhelmed by the enthusiasm from all our key clients who are experts in this field and we know this event will enhance our offering in this area. We are working hand in hand with all those involved to tackle upcoming challenges and prepare for the Green Deal.”
