Ocean Media reports growth for autumn season of National Wedding Shows

Ocean Media has reported its National Wedding Show autumn season has closed on a high, after attracting growth in both visitor and exhibitor numbers.

Ocean Media has reported its National Wedding Show autumn season has closed on a high, after attracting growth in both visitor and exhibitor numbers.

The autumn shows were held at Earls Court on 27-29 September, and at The NEC on 4-6 October. In total the shows attracted 29,357 visitors (subject to audit).

More than 500 exhibitors showcased the latest in bridal and wedding trends during the two shows. This is a rise of 13 per cent at Earls Court and six per cent at The NEC.

Highlights from the season’s shows included Inspiration Sessions led by wedding specialist Kate Smallwood, and the Catwalk Shows, which took place four times each day, displaying the latest bridal trends and wedding themes from a selection of designers.

The organiser, which celebrated the 22nd anniversary of the UK's largest consumer wedding show this year is set to open a Manchester edition in 2014.Homme
