Organisers 'delighted' with energy exhibition success

Organisers of the All-Energy exhibition have welcomed the news that this year's event has been short-listed for a Britis. . .

<p>Organisers of the All-Energy exhibition have welcomed the news that this year's event has been short-listed for a British Renewable Energy award for the second time in succession. </p><p>With plans already in place for next year's industry conference, the managing director of Media Generation Events has revealed that this year's All Energy was the most successful to date, with a significant majority of the 4,700 participants rating it favourably. </p><p>Paul Scott explained: "We were delighted that 90 per cent of exhibitors rated the show as successful/very successful; 85 per cent were satisfied/very satisfied with the number of visitors with high ratings too for the quality of visitors (75 per cent rated them as good/very good) and interestingly 65 per cent believed that the conference helped to attract quality visitors to the show." </p><p>Among the countries represented at the Aberdeen event were Austria, Canada, Norway and New Zealand, while the UK's Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform and the Highlands and Islands Enterprise were also heavily involved. </p><p>Mr Scott added that visitor questionnaires are still coming in and, as such a full assessment of how the annual event can be improved for 2009. <img alt="ADNFCR-1753-ID-18642462-ADNFCR" src="http://feeds.directnews.co.uk/feedtrack/justcopyright.gif?feedid=1753&it..." /></p>
