Sovereign delivers exhibition stands at Goodwood festival

Sovereign Exhibitions Ltd, the Warwickshire-based company, has recently produced two structures at the Goodwood Festival of Speed for car manufacturers Peugeot and Citroen.

Built by the exhibition stand designer over three weeks, the Peugeot display stand was designed to highlight 200 years of manufacturing, with classic vehicles, the latest cars and the new SR1 concept being displayed. Elements of the company's early production history, including original wood cutting tools and salt and pepper mills, were also on show. The stand included a sweeping curved roof.

The Citroen stand was comparatively slender and featured interactive driving simulators, as well as showcasing the new Survolt concept and the new DS3 range.

"The Sovereign teams did a fantastic job to deliver such a great final product," said Sovereign sales director Andrew Hickinbotham.

"Structures of this type and size are always a huge challenge, and given the exterior location, the weather risk, the amount of cars and display material, we feel these custom-built projects will set a new standard at this type of event."

Goodwood Festival of Speed took place between July 2nd and 4th and attracted 150,000 visitors.
