Ron’s total commitment to customer service is one of the main factors which the Excellence Award judges highlighted. He typifies the culture within Thorns Group and his meticulous planning and intimate knowledge of all the leading exhibition sites are a key factor to Camden’s success.

Ron originally started in TV hire. He subsequently moved to upholstery, work shop manager and then dealt with bookings with buyers from the TV and film industry – before switching to exhibitions. Over the years he has done nearly every job in the company from telesales to quality control, making the stock up along with all aspects of logistics including transportation and installation. Now he manages a tightknit team making sure the client gets precisely what they want.
