It's The Agency and Chester Boyd have been awarded a £1.5 million contract to manage events at the Clothworkers' Hall, it has been announced.

The three-year deal will see the event organisers at It's The Agency look after sales, marketing and diary management, while Chester Boyd will be responsible for the catering.

"With It's The Agency's assistance we hope to increase our meeting and event business so that we can offer further support to the important charities sponsored by the Clothworkers' Foundation," said Clothworkers' Hall beadle Michael Drummond.

Alison Tyler, managing director for It's The Agency, added the firm feels very privileged to be adding Clothworkers' Hall to its portfolio of venues.

She said that the company has over 25 years experience, which ensures it has a good understanding of how the venue will be important for financial road shows, receptions and dinners.

The Clothworkers' Hall has a number of rooms for hire, including the Entrance Hall, Reception Room, Livery Hall and Library.
