The Event Supplier and Services Association (ESSA) has announced that its 2014 AGM will be held at The O2, the association's venue partner for 2014, on 3rd April.

Rebecca Kane, general manager at The O2, commented: "This partnership will provide The O2 with the opportunity to showcase our best in class event spaces for the event community. Everyone is aware of our standing as a global music venue, but this partnership will allow us to highlight what we can offer as an event and exhibition destination.”

Chris Skeith, ESSA director, added: "The O2 is a truly iconic venue and we're really enthused that it has agreed to be ESSA's venue partner for the year ahead. ESSA's growth in activity, engagement and size means that we will be busier than ever in 2014. We feel very fortunate and I’m sure our members will be looking forward to meeting at such a prestigious location."

The O2 boasts a variety of event spaces that range from the main arena which has a 20,000 capacity and is the most popular music venue in the world, to Brooklyn Bowl, an entertainment destination offering dining, 12 bowling lanes and an 800 capacity music space.

ESSA is a trade association representing contractors and suppliers of goods and services to the exhibition industry. The ESSA AGM has developed in the last three years, from simply ticking a legal obligation box, to being a must attend member event with opportunities for networking, education and industry insight.
