Event organisers gear up for Event Production Show

Next year's Event Production Show looks set to feature the largest number of exhibitions in its 20-year history, it has been announced.

Next year's Event Production Show looks set to feature the largest number of exhibitions in its 20-year history, it has been announced.

Taking place between February 2nd and 3rd, event organisers of the show said there has already been a five per cent increase in the number of exhibitors confirming their presence.

Ascot Structures, 360 Creative Events Services, De Boer, Soundstage One and Q Dos Event Hire are among the companies which will take part in the showcase.

Sarah Brownlee, spokesperson for the Event Production Show, said: "The UK event sector is in transition as we get ready to produce some of the highest profile events on the world stage, from the 2012 London Olympics and the Diamond Jubilee along with the eponymous Glastonbury."

She added that the show is well known for its "audience of pedigree buyers".

The event will take place at London's Olympia from 10:00 GMT to 17:30 GMT on Tuesday and from 10:00 GMT to 17:00 GMT on Wednesday.
