ExCel London and London & Partners will be hosting an educational breakfast at this year's IMEX America ahead of an historic period for the venue and its home city.

The breakfast will be held at 8.30am on Wednesday 12th October and promises an exciting and informative discussion. ExCel London will be celebrating the first birthday of London's first international convention centre and with major changes happening in the capital ahead of next years’ historic Olympic event, there has never been a better time to be looking to London.

For a unique chance to listen to London, the educational breakfast will be held at the Grand Lux Palazzo; and will give show visitors an overview of how the infrastructure changes being made in the capital ahead of the 2012 Olympic Games will benefit the events industry in London.

In addition to two presentations and a panel discussion, ExCeL London is also offering the chance to win a pair of tickets to a 2012 Olympics event - being held at the venue - which will include return flights and overnight accommodation.

James Rees, director of conferences and events at ExCeL London comments: “We can’t wait to be there for the first IMEX – America, celebrating London alongside our friends in the US and North America."

"The show has successfully brought the industry’s key associations together and has a strong educational programme. We want to make sure London is bringing something to the party and are looking forward to a great turn out at our own educational breakfast.”
