Two new managers have been hired by Stanco Exhibitions, as it continues with its growth strategy.

The exhibition display equipment company has recruited Robert Dunsmore, who has experience in creating and producing high-profile events for the likes of CBI, Euroshop and Tom Dixon, reports Event Magazine. He will head up the sales and creative direction.

Angus Ritchie, who previously run his own IT solutions company, has been appointed director of IT.

He will be responsible for rolling out the group’s complete Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution.

"It's highly motivating for me to be joining a company that views the expansion of information intelligence-led data handling as the foundation of the group's continued growth," he told the publication.

Stanco, which was originally set up in 1957, was named winner of Exhibition News Awards for Best Contractor in 2009.

It was acquired by the Opex Group, which includes Expo-Systems, in June 2007.
