Informa Exhibitions has launched Cross Media Production, which will co-locate with IPEX 2014 and benefit from the attraction of Ipex’s 500-plus international exhibitors and 25,000 expected international visitors. The new event will “look under the hood” of technologies and solutions in cross media campaigns.

The dedicated production and pre-media event will be held on 25-27 March 2014 at Excel London and will focus on the effective implementation of cross media communication across multiple platforms.

Informa Exhibitions Print & Media Group director Trevor Crawford said Cross Media Production will sit “perfectly” alongside IPEX: “Both events promote the benefits of incorporating print into the marketing mix, but focus on different concepts within the print-supply chain.

“Ultimately, the print and creative communities will learn about widening their service offering to include cross media technologies, giving them the opportunity to grow profit margins and deliver multi-channel campaigns for their clients.”

Cross Media Production marketing manager Andrew Thornhill, said the new show will look beyond campaign planning and will examine building, managing and delivering communications across multiple platforms.
