International Confex 2015 suppliers announced
Mash Media, organiser of International Confex - the UK’s leading and longest standing event for the MICE industry, has announced a host of partnerships with some of the UK’s leading suppliers ahead of the 2015 show.
Event services contractor, Moyne, will be providing the exhibition shell scheme for the event as well as the electrics across the show.
Event director, Liz Agostini, commented on the partnership: “We are pleased to be working with Moyne to deliver a fantastic looking event for visitors and exhibitors alike. Moyne is a valued contractor that will offer an exceptional service to our exhibitors.”
Live Buzz has been appointed as the show’s official registration company. The firm’s MD, Justin Craig said: “LiveBuzz is delighted to be partnering with Mash to provide registration services for International Confex 2015, following a successful collaboration in 2014. LiveBuzz take pride in the fact that experts in events for the events sector choose LiveBuzz to demonstrate current best practice.”
Design and build company Solutions2, will be showcasing their services by building the seminar theatres at the show.
Mash Media has decided not to produce a print show guide but will instead encourage all visitors to utilise the Official Show app provided by Crowd Compass by Cvent.
The Corporate Team has been appointed as the official accommodation and guest services supplier, providing visitors and exhibitors with the advantage of preferential rates and ease of booking on the dedicated Confex booking system.
International Confex will also be working with leading speaker agency, Speaker’s Corner, who will be providing the show with a number of keynote speakers.
Other important appointments for the show include Thorns as furniture provider, CEVA for logistics, Showplans for floorplans, InEvexco for insurance and McKenzie Arnold for security.
