Melville GES has been chosen to design and build the Workflow Solutions Village and the Production Village pavilions at the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) at the RAI Convention and Exhibition Centre in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, 6 - 11 September 2012.

IBC is the premier annual event for professionals engaged in the creation, management and delivery of entertainment and news content worldwide. Attracting more than 50,000 attendees from over 160 countries, IBC combines a highly respected and peer-reviewed conference with an exhibition that includes more than 1,300 leading suppliers of state of the art electronic media technology and provides unrivalled networking opportunities.

Melville GES has been selected to supply two pavilions for the conference and exhibition. Centred around a professional standard studio, the Production Village will present advanced acquisition technology for hands on demonstrations.

The Workflow Solutions Village is dedicated to file-based technologies and will give delegates and visitors the chance to listen and learn from case studies and masterclasses with speakers from MTV, ITV, Princess Productions, BBC, Channel 4 and more.

Debbie Gerrard, project manager for Melville GES is looking forward to the project: "The Workflow Solutions Village and the Production Village are both large designs that will be the focus of the IBC, so we're proud to have been selected for the design and build of these two central attractions."
