RefTech

RefTech are demonstrating their new “Low Cost On-Line Registration System” on stand

E4. EventReference is quick, easy, value for money on-line registration system

which operates on a fixed cost of £500.00 for per event, there are no "per

delegate" fees. The questions that are to be asked can be tailored and the

whole website can be up and running very quickly. RefTech will have a full

running demonstration on their stand.

Pro Systems International

Pro Systems International in conjunction with Hamilton Rentals are to launch their

“Mobile i-Floor” Interactive Floor Display on stand 270 at the Event & Exhibition

Show 2010. “Mobile I-Floor” is the first truly plug-and-play device with all

its components such as the projector, computer and motion sensor incorporated

in a single device for easy deployment.

ASP Launches Communities module

ASP, the exhibition and conference website provider, has extended their de facto

product SHOWOFF with a new Communities module. Communities has been written to

both improve on ASP’s existing modules such as appointment setting and private

areas plus also creates a platform for everyone to communicate, discuss and

request products before and after the show. Communities has already been used

on 3 shows  including the Event and Exhibiting Show see it on Stand 100.

Aztec Event Services to show Christie MicroTiles™

MicroTiles are simple to lock together, robust, can be assembled quickly, the front

screen of each tile is easy to replace in situ and to construct on a small

footprint, they can be assembled in many shapes and configurations. Aztec also

envisage a vibrant dry hire market.

SpotiD to launch new mobile phone visitor service

SpotiD UK will be launching an interactive service at that will allow visitors to

engage with exhibitors via their mobile phone. Visitors can request your product

information, brochures, call backs, request meetings, enter competitions, give

feedback, etc. instantly, whilst at the show providing warm lead contact

details to follow up at the show or later, in the office. The system will be

live and working throughout the show.

VU launch Livestock

Livestock is an asset management and event calendar tool that tracks products and

manages your events all in one place. Designed to be intuitive and simple to

use, the major element of informing colleagues where to arrange equipment and

graphics is transparent and no training will be necessary other than for the "gatekeeper".

Reducing man/woman hours and costly logitical errors Livestock has an extremely

fast payback period.
