Team Building Firm Bluehat UK appoint Chairman

Dominic Riley, formerly Managing Director of Hawksmere one of the UK's largest management training companies has joined the award-winning team building specialist Bluehat UK as Chairman.

Dominic Riley, formerly Managing Director of Hawksmere one of the UK's largest management training companies has joined the award-winning team building specialist Bluehat UK as Chairman.

Bluehat are currently experiencing strong growth as clients recognise the positive impact of high quality teambuilding events that focus on delivering a specific outcome within a learning and development or communications programme.

Dominic delivered a period of strong growth at Hawksmere and led the sale of the business to The Washington Post Group/Kaplan in 2008. He has since been working with several Private Equity firms.

In a marketing focused career Dominic launched bbc.co.uk in 1997 and was founder and Managing Director of handbag.com, the UK's leading community for women online which was sold to Hearst Media Corporation in 2005. Dominic is also a founder and remains a non-exec Director of Wildfire, the word of mouth marketing agency which is now part of WPP plc.
