The UK Venue Show, 1-2 February 2012, is fast approaching and exhibitor stands are being snapped up and keynote speakers confirmed.

Opening the trade show season for the event sector, the UK Venue Show will centre on the Great British venue with exhibitors from both the capital and the counties already lined up. London landmarks, independent properties and exhibition centres will all be in place to network and meet new buyers at the West London based exhibition.

The show will offer a focussed forum for buyers and decision makers of corporate events, product launches and experiential campaigns as well as seasonal parties and smaller meetings.

The UK Venue Show will run alongside the noted Event Production Show in a back to basics formula, enabling the existing visitor base of nearly 4000 to take in the full scope of the live event sector; from sourcing venues through to full scale event production.

A programme of high profile speakers will add to the draw of the two day UK Venue Show with Chris Vaughan, production team leader on Take That’s tour and Stuart Cornish, head of the Metropolitan Police Olympic and Paralympic Venues Planning Team headlining the Access Sessions.

The UK Venue Show is supported by the Association of Event Venues (AEV) and is overseen by show director, Tanya Cohen.

Confirmed exhTanya Cohen, Event Director, UK Venue Show said: "The show is shaping up well and should be a benchmark for others as we lead in the trade show season. Our central London base and focussed approach to our exhibitors has helped us fill a gap in the market that venues are keen to get involved with.”

Exhibitor, Robin Parker from Church House Conference Centre commented: “I am delighted that we have the opportunity to support and exhibit at the UK Venue Show. For Church House Conference Centre the show has come at the perfect time as we look to develop new markets for the venue.”
