Exhibition Panel Hire, a leading supplier of exhibition panels, plinths, shelves and lights, were recently hired by Smoke & Mirrors and Rock Hound to bring a client's vision to life.

The aim was to create a branded studio booth for the client (Likely Loans) and install it for a day at Whiteleys shopping centre in Bayswater. The booth was to enable video footage to be captured of shoppers and members of the public who were interviewed to create a TV spot.

The client was looking for a sturdy and reliable branded studio booth which not only matched their vision but could also be quickly rigged & de-rigged. One of their main criteria was for the set-up of the booth to be very quick and within a small footprint to minimise disruption to shoppers and retail staff.

The installation was the first project to use Exhibition Panel Hire's new free-standing 150mm branded walling profiles. The slimline look and feel worked perfectly onset where space was a premium, and the client was very happy with the result.

As can be seen from Vision vs Build image below, the company used CAD to match their clients vision with the capabilities of the panelling system. Once the client had signed off, the slimline walling profiles were quickly mocked up with graphic wraps and a green screen was inserted as requested. This CAD vision was then sent to the client for approval. Onsite, Exhibition Panel Hire's installation team built an exact replica of the CAD mock-up, with a total setup time of just under 90 minutes end-to-end.

Speaking about their experience of working with Exhibition Panel Hire, Amy Becker-Burnett of Smoke & Mirrors commented: “Thanks to all your team - an amazing job. Hopefully work together again soon.”
